The panel physician in Luanda Angola no longer works there. We are sponsoring my husband’s dependent child and they have sent the medical request. What can we do?

Do you know what happens when you get Outland PR while in Canada? What is the process then?

Currently they are providing instructions on how to submit passport etc in Canada (this is actually standard language it seems for all outland apps, submit passport either to visa office abroad or in Canada), and they then do a 'virtual' landing (i.e. no requirement to leave Canada and return nor have a physical meeting within Canada).

Details are changing over time but short form it's not uncommon and doesn't cause any problem.
