I have submitted passport and other ID's by courier but the embassy has not send it back. It' been two weeks they have received it. I have sent emails but they are not even responding or answering calls. What can I do? Do I need to arrange courier company to pickup? I have provided return package/way bill.

We used TNT as the courier to pick up the passport because we sent the passport with the documents that they asked for. We took the tracking number to track where it is. It only took us 5 days. Did you get a tracking number?!

Hi Soso, I also have tracking for sending and returning. I check return tracking every few hours but doesn't look like they are shipping it. What's frustrating is they don't respond to emails. It's been two weeks they received it according to tracking number. Looks like mal123 also is waiting two weeks so maybe it's busy at the embassy.

Unfortunately no, they have not send it yet. Everyone said they send it within few days but not for me. This is crazy.

When did you start your application? And were you here on visitor visa when you recieved the permanent residence? How long did it take?
Also what did your lawyer tell them in emails?
