I got the same email too.. I dont really know what that means anymore .. I guess they are waiting for an officer to finalize everything

I have similar time line as you. They requested 2nd medical in May 2014 and they have not responded to my email. I don't understand why it's taking so long. Other people who did 2nd medical got response in 40 days after.

they requested meds since april 27 and still nothing.. im so sick of this.. i guess tey want it to be exactly 23 for applicants in order to issue the visa
