I have pr card, I stay less than 183 days per year in Canada , I don’t own a car or a house in Canada , I have a bank account and a credit card , no relatives or children in Canada. I work in Canada when I’m here. The rest of the year I stay in my home country egypt , where I am a tax resident. Does my circumstances make me a non tax resident in canada? And if yes , does that mean I only pay taxes on my Canadian income, not on my world wide income correct? And I don’t have to declare my foreign property too correct?? Thank you

There is a good chance your're a resident for tax purposes and should be declaring all your worldwide income. Becoming a non-resident means you should have an intention to permanently sever ties to Canada and never return, but by constantly returning and working that doesn't sound like the case.

Read here for more. Talk to an accountant or CRA for more info. https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/technical-information/income-tax/income-tax-folios-index/series-5-international-residency/folio-1-residency/income-tax-folio-s5-f1-c1-determining-individual-s-residence-status.html
