Alternate to NOC 213 PMM Leon Qarox help!!

Would like to know is there alternative for NOC 213 if you are currently a IT manager!! Really it hurts IT folks with the new list.

I could not find any category for IT people in the new list. I guess they are making their priorities clear

I already have applied but am a little scared about the trend.
