Alternate Format cap reached: any hope?

Hi everyone, I requested for paper format before the cap was reached but now the cap has closed for childcare providers. is there any chance that I can still submit my application given I requested before the cap was reached?

No. It is closed for the year. You cannot submit paper application without IRCC approval. Pilot ends in June so wait to find out if program will continue or be changed.
