Hi. I'd like to know; are you saying that since your marital status or family composition hasn't changed since you started your application, there's no need to include the IMM0008 form whne you wanna submit your passport and other documents for visa stamping?

U r quoting a comment that is too old and when EE didn't exist. So it not relevant anymore unless u r adding a dependant in the middle of a PR application.
