If he actually applied for a police clearance at the correct gov't office, how come it was fraudulent?

It was a fraudulent police clearance.
I have a lawyer. So thats good.
But the law says 'knowingly or unknowingly' you become guilty.
Am just so nervous.

Did you had a full hearing or adr. Full hearing lasts for about half a day if not more but yours finished pretty fast. When will they let yiu know the out come any time frame given. Were you represented by a lawyer or you did it your self.

They went over our relationship briefly,
And how we obtained the police certificate
I talked for about half an hour
And so did my husband
Then we had a 20 minute break
Then both lawyers talked
And the judge decided to not give her answer.
We started at about 9am and finished at 11:15am.
The judge said a letter with her response will be mailed to me
Asap, and my lawyer said about 2-3 weeks i'll know.

Please all the prayers for me!

But i didnt get any answers yet. So i
Dont know what is going to happen.

It is going to be 2 months tomorrow since I won my appeal but I have not heard anything from them except decision letter, any idea how long more?
