we mailed to sinp govt immigration to know about the ststus of our file as we applied in july 2011 as skilled worker pnp we havent received our nomination yet...and this reply we received...Your file is currently in process. At this time we are unable to determine when the assessment will be completed

I applied on 29-3-2012 and Got my File number on 11-5-2012

It's been around 6 months

My IELTS will be expired on July 2013.

If i do not get nomination before July-2013, do you think they may ask me to submit new IELTS result?

Thanks for this.can you please tell me .how did u meet with him?can u tell me that how can I meet with MLA.

I googled his name found his contact information and send an email if it is possible to meet with him. His assistant replied and eventually I got an appointment to meet at his office.

Google the name of who ever is responsible for the area you live in in Saskatchewan to find their contact information and contact them. One the page I send you the link for also is an email; you made be able to set something up through that as well.

No they will not ask you again I.E.L.T.s but may be Federal Visa ask you for it

4-6 months processing time they said when I applied. I expected to get my nomination in 2011 at this time of year. It's november again, one year later and still nothing.

here is my timeline

18 June 2011 - applied
20 June - got file number
22 October - requested original code of conduct
10 February 2012 - requested additional documents (bank account statement for last 3 months)
4 April - my employer received a phone call
23 May - requested documents (provide new offer letter from employer, my old one is for some not stated reason invalid)
June - requested online offer letter, only the employers registration took 6 weeks or so
29 August - they thanked me for new offer letter and requested to state my duties and responsibilities (not for the first time)
11 october - requested duties and responsibilities. AGAIN? Nobody checked my 45 days old e-mail or what? I just wrote them I have nothing more to give them.
7 November- nominated after 1 year, 4 months 2 weeks and 4 days in skilled worket category

Congratulations!!!
You're the second one I heard off to get the nomination on the 7th. Seems like something is going forward again (probably just for 2011 applicants)
