I am SINP SW category, got AOR in March 2012

Doc Req in May 2013

Doc Submitted in July 2013

1st Time ECAS SINP got suspended giving login error in Oct 2013

( GOD knows WTF my consultant did with my case)

After my hundreds of emails and phone calls Consultant again uploaded my files with New ECAS Account in Feb 2014

After One Month in March 2014 ECAS Account Once again Suspended giving Login Error

I spoke to my consultant and all he says that " Nomination is expecting in July 2014"

I dont know what the hell is going on and what the hell is wrong with my consultant. :-\

I just got nominated. I can see online the status has been changed to "Application Nominated". Although i am waiting for email from SINP at 5pm but i think the SINP process is done now.

Just a Quick Question, does your nomination letter includes date of birth of your dependant?

So They are taking average 40 days for nomination after additional documents submission. Hope soon i will get it. So now I can apply for police clearance certificate! !!

Now its your turn. Yes you can apply for police report. I spent about £200 just to gather docs for FSW the same day i got nominated. I paid for ECA, new police report, although you need this both for cic and in canada its fine.

Thank you very much. Now i am in a real dilemma. I was planning for FSW 14, as i am eligible to apply. Federal immigration is much beneficial than provincial in terms of movement. Since i got nomination, it will take another 1 year to get Visa. I am too planning to apply for FSW and i will see which one will be in Visa office soon and then i will withdraw another.
However, i will send my application in next few days after SINP send me another nomination letter with DOB of my wife.

Sujwal i need ur bit help .u must have seen checklist for provincial nominees in CIC WEBSITE.will u mind tellng me one thing as iam nt being clear on it wht does it mean by include 2 self -addressed mailing labels
