I have applied under bookeeper in july 08 which is not under 38 list so i got my status update which shows that ( we recd ur application and sent u letter on nov 27 09 ) i know that it will be rejection as i m not under 38 list.
Now my question is that i have no AEO no relative there for provincial nominee programme so i dont have option to go there . My question is that can i go there for study base
I am graduate B.Com Pass
My age is 30 year

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Supposing you applied under 1231, see http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Profile.aspx?val=1&val1=1231 but could you possibly qualify for 1111 which is on the list, see http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Profile.aspx?val=1&val1=1111 ?

If not, yes, you can apply for a study visa and if you get it, study in Canada for a year and then apply as a skiller worker under category 3, that is people who have been in Canada for 12 months. To get a study visa, you first have to be accepted to a college. Your wife could apply for an open work permit as your spouse. If you don't get a study visa, then you could try training for a job which is on the list of 38, get your one year experience and then apply.
