All October, 09 Filers to London CHC?

hi plz share ur timeline if u received any communication or AOR after submitting full documents in October, 09 to London CHC.

I saw somewhere in the forum that it will take 45 days to get AOR from London CHC.

is it true?

First of all your mailbox is full so i have not replied to you.

Sorry for delay in reply.

I sent my full docs to London CHC on 03/10/2009 and London CHC has received it on 05/10/2009.

I got second AOR from London CHC on 27/11/2009 dated 23/11/2009.

I i think it take approx 8 weeks + Postal times to get AOR from London CHC.

did CHC London send u any e-mail stating that u will be reciving a correspondence by post?
did CHC London send u AOR by normal post or registered post or by e-mail?

I am based in Scotland, UK.
London CHC send me Local AOR by post only. I have not received any e-mail from them.
London CHC has send me AOR by normal second class post.

Hi Tina

Sorry for delay to get back to you.

But the letter is standard letter just say that avarage processing time for London CHC is 12 months and do contact us only after 8 months if you have not received any update from us.

Apart from them it just basic information, referance number, etc.

What is timelines?

My Ecas status just updated today:

When i enter all details on CIC website it says: Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete

and when i click that link it says as below:

We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 10, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We transferred your application to the London England office on June 17, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

What does it mean?

Any one has any info with regards to Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete

Hi SDESAI1981, I think this means Nova S where they first checks your application forms and ask you to submitt documents to your local office. Next step on your Ecas would be, full docements received at London office and are pending review. so good luck to u.
