I have applied to CIC in Aug 2009 and submitted my complete documents to New delhi on 23rd feb 2010. Currently my status is docs received. Need suggestion on my case:-
1) My wife's brother lives in Canada and he got his PR one week after I have posted my documents (March 2010). Now I wanted to send his documents (so that I can get additional points). I am having 75 points now. Can I send supporting docs now or wait for any communication from visa office.
2) I had to move funds from my bank for emergency. I have same amount in my EPF. Can I claim EPF as required proof of funds? If yes, when can I send my proof documents? Shall I sent it ASAP or wait for visa office to ask for additional documents.
