When they make any refusal decision then they send you a letter which is mentioned in DM. I think you are safe. May be they will send to waiting letter or medical.
Anyhow you should send visa specific inquiry to clear your doubts.

dear its refusal, rizwan bhai we hv also recevd email that a leter has bn sent. decision mad wid.out proces starting date means rejection.
