Na Bhai, Still waiting......and counting every day...inshallah choley asbe!
SVO give me 60day for submitting RPRF and medical. From 25th April (letter issue)-2th June=60days
So, hopefully in this month I will get my most waiting PPR. Inshallah!!

I think it varies visa office to visa office and sometimes also case to case. I heard that new delhi visa office ask for PP along with medical. But Singapore Visa Office dont ask for PP along with Medical. The following documents are asked generally by Singapore Visa office along with Medical...
1. PCC - Police Clearance
2. RPRF - Permanent Residence fee
3. 4 copy Photo

For my case they also asked for Background declaration again.
Dont know about London Visa Office. You can raise the question to London Visa Office thread.

which doctor is better from Bangladesh? Dr. Wahab is good?
if i have any health problem do they inform before send documnets
after send documents do they give you the courier slip? other wise how you will know when they send the MR?
