Hi, haha. Yes, I understand that they might reject our application but I wanted to be optimistic/hopeful, so asked the timeline if anyone has the recent experience about the timeline for Express Entry applications. Thanks

The first update you will have in your MyCIC profile after e-APR is that your Medical Status will change to "Pass". Don't be alarmed if you do not see the changes in couple of days as this could also take more than a month.
Then quickly afterwards the background check status may or may not change to Not Started from Not Needed.
It will again may change from Not Started to Not Needed. This change often indicates that you file has been moved to your local Visa office (for Bangladeshi applicants it's usually Singapore Visa Office aka SGVO).
Now you wait for the Background check status to change from Not Needed to In Process. Ideally, a Passport Request is expected in next few days after the BG status is changed to IP.
The entire process may take from 2 months to 6 months but no one can really predict. It usually depends on an applicant's profile and how Visa office is working.
I suggest you keep an eye on the thread of your AOR and also see the immitracker to get a clear idea.
