Hey don't worry. There is some technical problem which is being worked on. Many people's address line disappeared and then reappeared afterwards. Also, I have heard of log in problems. I am sure it will be fine within a day or two max. If not you might have to send email to Singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and tell them the problem.

As far as "Received by visa office" is concerned, welcome to the club. I am a member of this club too and have waited for 3 months now. Many people have waited longer. Next step is, your status will be updated to "In Process" . So hope for the best. You might get lucky and get In process soon. May Allah bless you.
