I just got the Medical form along with Passport request through register mail.. Alhamduliallah... Hope all you will get the same who are waiting for such a long time..

I sent a CSI on 23rd October just to know about my case, but still they didn't reply me. is it normal??

Sometimes they took few days to reply, usually with in 14 days of CSI...
