Thanks Optimistic u cleared many confusions.. now just suggest me i have following options.
1. either i show national saving certificates/fixed deposit certificate on my mother's name (she will be my sponsor) as a proof of funds
2. or i show my brother's bank statement ? but he doesnt have required amount in his account for last 4 months , he will deposit it now and i will show his statement after 1 month.
3. i show both
so which option is better??

1: option 1 is good but the following should be written on the certificate at the end of the certificate. Show her as your sponsor
This certificate is issued on the request of the above mentioned client for visa purposes. The whole amount is encashable/payable at any time.
Give me ur email address .I have a copy .I can send it over to you. I know a guy has got visa on that specific certificate.
2: better if you take the money from your father and put the money into your own account. It would be best. tell the visa officer in SOP that the money was given to you by your mother.
So follow the above 2 steps.

plz reply agar study main gap ho tu prb tu nai hai koi aply karne main visa mil jata hai HR walee khe rehe hain gap ho tu canada ka liye aply nai kar sakte

Right. Yaar yay security deposit ka bara bakwaas masla hai. Downtown Toronto may tu average $4000 maang rahay hain.

Yaar apartment kay bajay basement dhoond lo. Heard it is a lot more reasonable option. I am also now looking for basements in sub-urban areas.
