My CRS score is 343 and I have relatives(my mother and my sister) living in Alberta with PR and Citizenship.
My NOC is 2147-Computer Engineer.
Could you please tell me about my chance to be selected by Alberta and receive NOI?

-I have a one year job experience under NOC 7231 B in alberta and alberta job offer (not LMIA)
- studied post graduate diploma from ontario
-CRS score 442.
-are there any chances that alberta will pick me from federal EE?
