Any opinions on my chances for nomination in Alberta? Asking for my brother -in-law:

392 CRS score with CLB 8 level IELTS score
Sister and her family residing in Alberta for 12 years and are Canadian citizens
Parents were sponsored by sister and are now in AB as permanent residents
NOC 0601 and new NOC 60010 Corporate Sales Manager also happens to be on the Accelerated Tech pathway list
Applied under General Express Entry
