Hi Guys,

Does anyone know that how to extend your work permit while your AINP is in the process? Please advice

U have to take lmia before work permit expires.

To get a LMIA before work permit expires in technical field is pretty much impossible. i was hoping there is a way to extend work while i am waiting for AINP.

same here i applied ainp in august 2014 eds int graduate... my wp expires next week but i have applied lmia before 1 month... if u already have applied for lmia why do u want to buy lmia ? ONLY LMIA IS THE HOPE ACCORDING TO ME... AINP NOMINATION IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE....
YOU CAN WORK ON IMPLIED STATUS MEANWHILE YOU WILL GET THE RESULT OF YOUR LMIA ? HOPE IT WORKS.....
