AINP, what will they ask?

I just submitted my AINP application last week, under PGW catogory.

some people said AINP may call my employer or me in the futuere, does anyone know what general questions they will ask? (if no further document needed)?

Hii.. generally they will asked about your job position, duties, pay and how long you have been working over there.... They will mostly ask the general questions regarding your job duties and if they need any additional documents they will let you know... thanx
