AINP eligibility inquiry

My brother is working as a cook for 5 months now inside alberta canada, and almost 5 yrs experienced as a cook outside canada or abroad, my question is if he is eligible to apply ainp even he only have 5 months working experienced inside alberta canada?

I don't think so. Canadian experience is required at least 1 year experience inside Canada. You have to check Noc type. I am not sure cook still in type B or not
