I was just wondering if there is anyone else who applied to CIC in January 2014 and is still waiting for his PR?
Here is my timeline:
Application received by CIC: Jan 3, 2014
Medicals request and AOR : early Feb, 2014
Medicals sent to CIC: late Feb, 2014
Request for RCMP check and prints: early Nov, 2014
RPR fees and updated medicals request: early Dec, 2014
Passports request: still waiting
I checked my pr application status and it says "in process" since Nov, 2014. It also says medicals have been received.
So I am really curious to know if anyone else who applied around the same time as me are still waiting for their PR. The CIC website says that processing time for PNP applications is around 15 months. It has been 21 months and I haven't heard back.
Has anyone contacted the CIC and got any information regarding similar delays?
