Well, I've posted this question.. got nothing eventually. So, I'm posting again.
How long will it take to get GreenCard if I apply in Canada?
Maybe I should get a job first(sure, with a legitimate work permit) and probably apply soon as I land in Canada.
Does it take more than a year even I apply in Canada?

Yes, it will probably take more than a year to process a Permanent Residence application (PR for Canada, Green Card for the US) regardless of where you are. You can check the approximate times here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp

Getting a job without being a Canadian PR is not easy... so unless you have an extraordinary ability, don't put too many eggs on that basket - in fact, just forget the eggs, and the basket.
