[After Soft Landing] Cannot link PR card application to my IRCC account

Hi all

I just finished my soft landing a week ago, and I'm having trouble linking my PR card application with my IRCC account.
I filled in the blank as is shown on the COPR, but the site keeps telling me that it can't find my application.

I hope this isn't a bad sign.
Am I the only one running into this issue? or is this somewhat common?
Were people able to get their PR cards even if they couldn't link the application?

What's the processing time on the first PR card applications nowadays? Last year, it was 40 days, but now the govt site says 13 days.

Yeah, I tried all that. Caps, lower case, hyphen, all the combinations, but still no luck
