After I worked for my employer 1 month, I got my PR Card. Can I resign my job?

Will it influence me to renew that PR card after 5 years?

Will IRCC reject my renew application when they notice that I only worked for employer 1 month and that this employer is the one who helped me to get the nomination letter?

What do they really care about? Have I lived there for two of the five years? I'm worried that they will re-examine my PR eligibility, PNP eligibility, or even disqualify me for working for that employer for a short period of time.
