thanx my dear Ahmadm,yes we know about that,this is target for 2014,if we count 8 months as they said in their emails,so means our visas will be next year between months March until July(maximum),this is their season to issue the visa every year,we will receive our visas as a bunch like happened with our emails,it the same thing happened with Lebanese like that,3ala ad ma kan fi visas everyday at that time as bunch,imagine enno kenna expect min next w ne3ref dor min bil visa.

Dear friend what I'll say would be useful for you..on 15/01 I wrote to Amman VO telling them that my QSC was expired.they repliednce your file reach the processing stage,our office will renew it for you..Two weeks ago,I wrote to Bucharest VO for the same subject..and yesterday the replied: our office ordered for your QSC renewal..which means that our files in process..I felt good about that..what do you think?

Exactly 100% u r right ,very good news,thanx syrianhope,of course our files now in process,and this proves my theory that Security starts before Medical, they told us in emails ,wait just 8 months,this means they will finish our files completly maximum within this period,as i told u before,all of u will receive the visas as bunch as emails begining month March until July maximum,if someone now from applicants 2011 orders Caips,it will show Security: started,i am sure about that,hope hear more good news in next days,anyway i am gonna order my Caips next month

welcome my dear,this is the site where u can apply for Caips,u can read about it:

if u have friends in Canada,tell them to pay for it just 5 $,if not,so it costs about 40$ by Credit,Visa,Master ...Card,and u receive ur Caips by email maximum after 30 days,of course it is realible,a lot of applicants order it .

dr tarek will order caips after one month to leave gap one month after receiving his file by Bucharest. while your file has already received before one month so you can order it now because it will take by the website that dr tarek gave you around one month more (I already ordered caips 2 times using this website and it is reliable 100% ) and I am sure it will have valuable info

According to CIC publications:

"What are background checks?

A background check is a normal part of the processing of permanent resident visas. The procedure is intended to bar the entry into Canada of criminals and security threats.

Background checks are done for all persons aged 18 or over before they receive a permanent resident visa. Documents used in these checks include the following:

• the application for permanent residence form;

• security, intelligence and criminal conviction records; and

• immigration records for persons who have violated immigration legislation."

so background checks are conducted by CSIS and are transparent so it's difficult to say what procedures are used for the check. It may involve government and agencies from other countries. Because the checks are transparent, it is also difficult to tell how long they will take. It is CIC's policy to wait for CSIS to conduct the check, without setting any deadline to it. If it takes a year, CIC will wait a year.
