after AOR, Inquiry call from CIC

As we all know, cic make inquiry of any kind
They can call to your employer to ask all details of you and for double check. So I am starting this thread regarding INQUIRY CALL FROM CIC. plzz post all the details and experience if your employer got the call.

Here is my 1 question.
After how many months of AOR, your employer may recive inquiry call from Cic? Also mention what questions they ask if possible

I got AOR in AUG(2013) and I got cal in Feb(2014) before getting medicals.
Visa Officer has asked about my job l, pay and how employes are working in your company

I too got a call, but it's not about my employer (I also don't know if they called my employer). Does this count?

So we can conclude like, expected call is after 4-5 months of AOR. gud. @shan ; did they call your eemployer ? Did they ask any About time period of your joining date or promotion date if any?
