I completed successfully the citizenship test in September 2018 and I was waiting for the Citizenship ceremony but I received an invitation to attend the citizenship test again so I contacted them and after 5 days I received a confirmation email to cancel the new test invitation letter and a confirmation that I did completed the test in September 2018 successfully.
Last week I received an email for Ceremony invitation and I was very happy but the second day I received another email to cancel the citizenship ceremony invitation and the reason is an administration error occurred and the application still in process so from that time I am in sad and crying mode.
Please I need your advice if I need to send them email again or what to do.
