Hi, Last year I had an interview at the USA Toronto consulate and the application was placed in Administrative Processing which means that up to today, they haven't made any decision on that visitor visa. Recently, I became a Canadian Citizen and would like to know if I could fly to the USA without waiting for the Administrative Processing to finish since I don't need a visa to enter the USA per my current legal status.
