What information is needed for address and travel history? Anyone have an Excel table or screenshot with headers to share?
For travel, is it: Departure & Return Date, City to and from? Anything else? Is the address we stayed at during holidays needed?
For address, is it the exact physical address? City, date from/to, physical address?
Should history be oldest to newest or vice versa?
Please let me know if I should add anything.
