Can any one tell me the admission procedure of University Of Alberta .

Simply fill in their preliminary application form, which is for free. If you are accepted then only will you proceed forward.

I want to apply for masters program in biomedical engineering ,

What about supervisor?

You need not worry about anything, especially at this stage. Fill in the preliminary application form attach all documents and submit. After that IF and only IF your application is approved then, you will be able to fill out the proper admission form and move on to the next steps.
