Additional Family Information !!!

Please help....

I m the principal applicant, in Additional Family Information (FORM IMM 5406 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E.PDF) form. This form also should be filled by my spouse. When she starts to fill the form, should she start from "Applicant" or "Spouse" section to fill it out?...

In her form she is principal applicant and ur name should come as spouse. In ur form u r principal applicant and her name should come as spouse.
Also make sure u write in ur native language below all the names if ur mother tongue is other than english.

These is for sure area of confusion. In my case I filled my name as Principal applicant and my wife's name in Spouse. Her family details went in her form and my family details went in mine. The application was accepted and no issues with this

Also, people who filled in form as Principal applicant being spouse in additional family info faced no problem.

So which ever way it is filled I think it is accepted by CIO
