Adding spouse after AOR

Being a CEC inland applicant (express entry)

if I add my spouse after AOR
If I submit all documents with pay receipt for my spouse with all our documents and update saying I am married and would like to add my spouse .
What is the processing time of it till the PPR request .
As a primary applicant it says 4 months currently what is the processing time if I add my spouse

Add 3-4 months minimum to your processing time. That's what we're seeing here.
