Adding spouse after AOR - Chat conversations

Hi,

I got married recently after getting my AOR. I am adding my spouse to my application and IRCC has sent the ADR for the same. Im thinking to upload whatsapp chat with my spouse along with other docs. Can anyone please guide on if I have to translate my chat history or not required?
