My application is at IP2 stage "We are processing your background check...".
We've been blessed with a baby and I've obtained her birth certificate, passport and updated proof of funds. We're scheduled for her medical assessment. So my question is, should I wait and submit IRCC webform (or as ppl here call it, CSE) (https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp) and upload all the documents in it, or should I submit IRCC webform now and upload the documents as they instruct?
Also what do I select in the IRCC webform question:
"Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada"?
Btw, it says here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/offices/international-visa-offices.html:
that the case processing office for Pakistan is Abu Dhabi. So should I select Abu Dhabi when I submit IRCC webforms to update my information?
Also does anyone have IRCC contact number where I can directly call them and get answer to my questions?
