Adding child to CSQ

I applied for CSQ in 2013, got csq in 2016 july and going to expire in 2019 July.

When I applied, my husband was mentioned as non accompanying and only I got CSQ. Later, we got a baby. Until now I didn't update it to MIDI.

Concerns.
1. Should I update my child's birth to MIDI, even if he is not accompanying. Or Can I just apply to federal with my CSQ and mention my child in that as non accompanying. i have only 6 months in hand.

You have to update MIDI and IRCC FEDERAL VO ASAP whether your child is accompanying or not.

You may ask for CSQ and update IRCC.
