Hi there

Once PR has been issued, how long do you have to activate it?

Can I activate it by going to Canada briefly (with a postal address selected for the card delivery) and then move permanently at a later stage? How long do I have to move permanently?

You will have to land before your Medical expires. Medical exam is valid for 1 year only.
