ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT IN CALGARY

I am an accountant here in the Philippines. And a bit worried about migrating to Canada once PR is approved. I am afraid of not getting a job in Canada, and quit my job here.

What are the possible - diploma or challenge I need to take in CA for me to acquire or land a job as the same what I have in the Philippines?
Do I need to study in Canada ?

By the way, I am already in my 8 years work experience in a reputable corporation here in the Philippines.

Some companies WANT Canadian experience, but try sending out your resume, as in lots of resume, if companies reply then you are lucky, you may also want to go to job agencies.
