Account Lockout 24hrs

Hi guys, My Kaspersky keep opening new windows when I'm trying to log into myCIC causing me to send the empty password to the server. Resulting in my account locked out for 24 hours. What should I do? Is it exactly 24hrs. Can I try to log in again sometimes today to check or I should wait exactly 24 hours before attempting to log in again? ???

When I have locked my account out then I needed to wait exactly 24 hour, so I guess yes :|

DISABLE Kaspersky !
