Acceptance Letter confusion!! HELP!

I received my acceptance letter through email... The uni has written in the email that they would not present the hard copy of my letter unless CIC provides me with a written request for that... Now what should i do?
If I print the pdf of the acceptance letter, will that be acceptable?
Or should i apply online for visa because then i won't require a hard copy.. Help!

No, at this point, you don't need it. It's a norm these days for colleges and universities to issue a soft copy of the acceptance letter. Just take a print out and submit it with your visa application. I did the same, no issues at all.

1. Get printout and submit. CHC need only factual information to cross verify your LOA.
