About Proof of fund

I have confusion about proof of fund and sources of it. I have 4 family members and according to the CIC website the fund should be $22,603. I can manage my fund from my own sources like National Saving Schema, Monthly Bank DPS Schema which can be converted any time and I also have life insurance schema from one of the insurance company. Now can any one confirm I mentioned above those sources are valid for the pnp or express entry?

I would be very grateful to you if you can help me to sort out my confusion here.

As far my knowledge is concerned either you can have three months bank statement or Fixed deposit of that amount. I am not sure other than that.
