On may 2023, when i issued a GCMS note about the status of my PR application it said review of eligibility not reviewd , security and back ground chq NOT STARTED. only passed on medical,i was in a shock. I was september 2021 applicant.
On the eve of last week of June i started to getting mails from IRCC.
Pree arrival services, information letter,to upload my current whereabouts and color of eye and height etc. This mail process continues later days. I got portal invaitation, and after uploading my photo, the ECOPR arrived.
This happened within ten days.
Now come to the point, now i can see in GCKEY account, that i had passed criminality on 2021 and background chq was done on february 2022
In my case, i can tell you that GCMS notes was inconclusive.
Either and unless any applicant isnt receiving any further document request , it means your process is going and everything is smooth.
They might have reasonable reason for delaying you and its based on individuality.
