i Recieved my PER but have not heard from Local VO so far , in this case whom do i inform of addition of my newborn Baby Boy , Local VO or Centralised intake office NS and how.

Do i had to have Baby's passport while informing them of this addition.

Please Suggest.

Hi, you can inform your VO of your baby's birth using a Case Specific Enquiry and attach the birth certificate. Your VO will inform you of other requirements but make sure you get the baby an international passport and prepare application fee for the child. Congratulations.

I want to ask a question about my Bank statement or Proof of Funds i.e Is it mandatory to maintain my bank account according to that which I submitted to CIO till the Medical request came?

Oh yes it is. This is because if your VO asks for updated POF later on, they will review the new statement to see the flow of funds and if they observe you removed the funds and then later had it come in in pieces or a big inflow, it will raise a red flag and lead to many questions. So to avoid these problems, applicants just leave the money in place until they get PPR. All the best.

What are the chances of getting NER after the money is charged? Does the CC charge mean that they reviewed the application?

Hi, the charging of your card means your application passed the preliminary review and completeness check however, it is still subject to further checks and scrutiny at CIO. If the further checks shows the application does not meet MI review (review based on the guidelines of Ministerial Instructions), the application will be returned. A draft will be raised by CIO for the refund of the fee earlier charged and sent to the applicant. This scenario is rare but it occurs.
