Credit is best to me because that way you will know when they have opened your application and drafts have expiry date which i dont like so credit is best!

I am also expecting same or may be more delay, anyways , as I believe this all is happening by the willing of our Lord(Allah 0 kareem), we should not worry we are set where we are now, just to move for more improvement.

The cases filed b/w June-2010----Aug-2010 will get PR in or near July-2012?? Do you mean this?

Sorry, I wrote PR instead of MR, should we expect medical request in July-12?? While last year my friends got MR just after 15-16 months and after wards Visa within 6-7 months, and some cases seem the same like ours got the MR this year with the same badge.. so confusing...

Yes, I think we will, but I am always afraid if they start new occupation list in 2012!!!!!!, otherwise they must start processing our cases by March /April and MR request may be sent in mid of 2012.. in end of 2012 our cases may completly be peocessed or after first quarter of 2013. Let us pray we all are in same boat. :-X

kindly guide me.i sent enquiries to london vo twice.they replied me.in first amswer "my file is awaiting officer's review" 2nd time they replied "file is undergoing background checks".10 days ago i sent again but no reply till now.what does it mean.

yes i beleive from Julu 2012 onwards we might start getting some MR but its just my opinion by looking at
the current trend so dont make any decision on basis of this.

Hi Safa,

Dont send too many enquires as they said file is under process means they are processing your files doing checks etc so just wait for your MR, sending too many queries would just delay your process. Its good that file is in process and background checks are on so as soon as they finish you will hear from them.

Now from which date we have to calculate processing time i.e 23 months?? Is it 23 or more?? :'(
And kindly tell me one thing more, This time (23 months) is for "Visa" or "Medical Request" ??
