One of my friend has also applied for students visa for Canada for Jan intake, today he recieved a msg saying 'Processed visa application for Canada, ref #...... ...... ....., couriered to vou via Blue dart on 06/12/2013'.... HOwever he has not recieved any airbill number to trace the passport...what should he do ??/
The situation is that my friend works in a hotel full time during the day and only his uncle is home to collect any couriers or mails at home.

Please suggest what should he do?

The tracking number or airbill number gets updated on the website the next working day.

His uncle can collect the passport by taking along the following documents:

1. Your friend's passport photocopy ( self attested )
2. The receipt given by VFS during submission of file.
3. His uncle's identity proof.

The airway bill number will be updated one day after you get the message....and u can track passport in bluedart using ur passport number also....passport number will be the reference number of courier....

As I said earlier guys. I got my pp today at nearby bluedart. After 2 hours, I got the bill no. update. So if u have recieved pp released msg, then go to bluedart office next day at 11am n collect your passport.
