I applied for CEC but still waiting for MR.
I am also eligible for FSW but I didn't apply since the paper work was lengthier and it's more difficult to get reference letters from previous employers as I am already in Canada.

Just now I checked that I could have got 490 points on EE system as I am eligible for both streams. So I am now thinking about if it's a wise move to switch to EE now since people with PNP/LMIA are already out of the pool.

Not really a matter of switching - you can submit your EE application, and if you get an invitation to apply, it's a new application...
