do you think waiting is worth or giving them a call??? this wait is killing me .............. i read somewhere in this forum that they send ITAs in alphabetical order whats the alphabets of ur last name ?

If you are running against time, it is worth calling CIC. But for most of us, I guess 24hrs wouldn't make much of a difference. For myself, my med exam is scheduled next week, so I won't be able to submit my application until next week.

I heard about that alphabetical order as well, but my last name starts with 'D'. 'D' should be quick though.....

I think you will get your ITA. I had a little different situation than yours. I, just like you, didn't submit the update. Since the update wasn't really an "update", (just wanted to check if everything is fine & when you complete the section, it appears as updated regardless of if you made any change), I left it unsubmitted. I then revert the changes and voila, got the email the very next second.

So I believe once your profile gets activated again, you'll get your surprise email

Just received my ITA

We're at 431 and we logged on in early March to check a few things and my work history was deleted. I resubmitted but forgot to press continue so it said "update not submitt". Pressed continue and now it says submitted. Date hasn't changed on 'Date Submitted' tab though as this is still January 31, 2017 (when we initially submitted). Holding out hope for our ITA!

Myth: ITAs are sent alphabetic order wise
Reality: Its an automated generated system and ITAs are sent randomly whose score are equal to or above the draw's CRS cutoff

Ques - why does it say I have one month to submit a complete application? Isn't it 3 months. This is what it says:

You must submit a complete application before 07/05/2017 12:00AM UTC time if you want to
apply for permanent residence. You will not be able to submit an application based on this invitation to apply for
permanent residence after the date and time listed above. We cannot give extensions.

Or is the date listed as MM/DD/YYYY ?
